Left-Handed Tutorial: Single Crochet

Need desired size hook and yarn. I used a 4mm hook and double knit yarn Slip Knot Chain as many chain needed or as pattern indicates In 2nd chain from hook we will make the 1st single crochet stitch. Hook in chain yarn over and pull through 1 loop on hook 2 loops on hook Yarn over and then pull through both loops on hook Completed single crochet stitch (SC) In next chain we will be making another sc Hook in chain, 2 loops on hook , yo Pull through the 2 loops on the hook 2 loops on hook Repeat these steps until you get to the end of you chains or until desired amount of sc has been made Let me repeat: hook in next ch, 2 loops on hook, yo, pull through 1 loop, 2 loops on hook, yo, pull through both loops, 1 loop on hook Now we are at the end of the row Chain 1, this is the turning chain Turn your work Now we will be working on the top of the stitches of the previous row Continue as for the first row, but put hook under the 2 loops at the top of the stitches Yo, 2 lps on hook Yo, pull through both lps on hook. Now you will have 1 stitch on hook Continue until you reach the end of the row. Count to make sure you have the correct amount of stitches.
