Or you can use the Magic Circle too. Start with a Chain of 4. Then slip stitch into the first stitch to form a ring Then chain 3. Which counts as a Double Crochet. Then yarn over. Go through center of ring. Do 11 more Double Crochets. Counting that chain 3 we`ll have a total of 12 Double Crochets. Working them all through the center of the ring. When you are finished with the 12 counting the chain 3 pull the tail to make the center circle tighter. You can always use the magic circle too. Slip stitch into the chain 3 Chain 1. Do 1 single crochet into same stitch you just slip stitched into. Do another single crochet in the next stitch. We are making the Body of the Angel. Chain 1. Turn your work. Start with a slip knot. Leave a longer tail it`s easier to sew on later. Chain 4. Crochet 3 Double Crochets into first stitch on Chain 4. Counting the Chain there will be a total of 4 Double Crochets Chain 3. Turn your work. Crochet 1 double stitch into same stitch as Chain 3 2 Double Crochets in every stitch across. I`ts giving me a little trouble. Crochet 2 Double Crochets into top of first chain when you come around or it will look funny. Chain 3. Turn your work. 1 Double Crochet into same stitch as chain 3. 1 Double Crochet in each stitch across until last stitch. 2 Double Crochets in last stitch Last 2 Doubles end up in Chain 3. Tie off. Hide the tail I clipped. Keep long tail to sew it onto the Crochet Angel You can sew them on the Front of the Crochet Angel or onto the Back. I will sew mine on the back of my Crochet Angel. Use a yarn needle to sew them on. Align them however you like. Sew them on. Use your yarn needle to put a few stitches in them to hold them onto your Crochet Angel Body. Sew both wings on securely When you have your wings sewn on you can add a little Ribbon Bow or whatever you like. I use Hot Glue to secure my bow Thank you for watching! Hope you enjoyed my tutorial.
