NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of
Expert Village. And today, I am going to tell you a recipe which is a totally Indian-Indian
recipe. So let us start on the recipe. We need to have first cauliflower. Let me have
a knife and cut into small flowerets. I need to first remove the big floweret. You need–you
can just remove all the green part from the ground so that you have floweret in return,
and I am just removing all the green part which is down in the cauliflower. Here it
goes. As you can see that it actually needs a bit of force to take this green thing out.
So here it goes. Let me just cut it quickly so that I can remove all the green part and
take out the flowerets out. Well, I need to cut it into small, small pieces. So make sure
that whenever you are making a cauliflower recipe you are actually cutting the flowerets
into small, small pieces. Here I cut the bigger part which is not required here but, of course,
this part would be very good for garnishing so we will use it later. Here it goes. Let
me just cut it into half and later on I will be breaking into small, small pieces. Let
me just cut into small, small pieces. Here it goes.
